Encus specializes in sheet metal fabrication to meet customer’s print. Our precision machineries are capable of fabricating metal sheets into end product with sizes ranging from small enclosures such as camera casings to large enclosures or skins that are used in large equipments.

Our Singapore facilities uses state of the art laser cutting machines, turret punching machines and press brakes to serve our High Mix Low Volumes demands. Other in-house services include TIG & MIG welding, spot welding, brushing, stamping, Pem-serters, and powder and spray painting facilities. Our subsidiary ELN Surface Treatment provides E-Coating services.

We support CAD software like Solidworks, Pro-E and AutoCad.

Our Shanghai China facilities uses stamping machines (power presses) of various tonnages ranging from 60 tons to 250 tons to serve our Low Mix High Volume demands. The types of stamping services available are manual stamping, progressive stamping and robotic transfer stamping. Other in house services include CNC milling, CNC diamond cutting, spot welding, pad printing, sand-blasting, silk screening, laser marking, CNC bonding and anodizing.
